House Review recently merged with Southeast Home Inspections expanding their service area to include Steinbach, Portage La Prairie, Morden and surrounding areas.
Dan is a Registered Home Inspector who has been involved in the home inspection industry since 2007. In 2012 he joined House Review and purchased shares in the company shortly thereafter, and has now
taken full ownership of the company. Dan is a Registered Home Inspector and has experience with the
Federal Eco Energy Program as a Certified Energy Consultant with Manitoba Hydro. Dan has inspected
thousands of homes.
Dan is a graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection training program and a Level 1 Certified Infrared Thermographer, he is an active member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors' Manitoba chapter.
Dan enjoys meeting customers and helping to educate them about the house they are interested in. He feels it's important to highlight the positive qualities in a house, not just areas of concern.
Frank was a project manager for over 8 years in commercial and residential construction in China. Upon his arrival in Canada, Frank joined the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), and he completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program and successfully passed the National Home Inspection Examination. After completing CAHPI Mentorship Program, Frank became a National Certificate Holder (NCH) and joined House Review Home Inspections. He enjoys sharing knowledge and teaching his client how to maintain the house while doing the inspection. Frank is fluent in Mandarin and English.
