Mike has been in the construction / renovation business for almost his entire life, which has helped him acquire great knowledge about all aspects of a house. His knowledge allows him to explain, in understandable terms, how homes should be built as well as how they function.
He is a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and is also an associate of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Manitoba Chapter.
Mike strives not only to provide a detailed report of the house but also takes the time to help educate the owners and buyers on the deficiencies found and on regular house maintenance. The service doesn't end when the inspection is over. Mike is willing to try and answer any questions or concerns that the client may have down the road.
